We focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, FSCM, BC), Power Platform, Copilot and M365 Modern Workplace. That depth means we understand the roles, the stack and the people behind them.
English-fluent, culturally aligned and enterprise-experienced professionals, a sustainable cost base, and timezone alignment with Asia plus overlapping European hours all make the Philippines the natural hub for delivery.
From a first critical hire to a full team build-out, we act as a long-term partner who brings market insight, honest advice and thoroughly qualified candidates prepared to succeed in their roles.
Our New Market Partnership Model is designed to provide organizations with the expertise and support needed to confidently enter and succeed in new markets. This service goes beyond traditional recruitment by offering a comprehensive, consultative approach that addresses both immediate hiring needs and long-term business growth strategies.
Explore New Market PartnershipOur traditional contingency recruitment model provides a flexible, results-driven approach to talent acquisition, tailored to meet your immediate hiring needs. Operating on a “no win, no fee” basis, we ensure that you only pay for our services when we successfully place the right candidate with your company.
Explore Contingency RecruitmentFor many candidates, a recruiter is their first direct contact with your company, and that first conversation shapes how they see the role, the brand and the opportunity. We take that responsibility seriously: representing clients professionally, communicating clearly and keeping candidates informed, respected and engaged throughout. In a competitive Microsoft Business Applications market, that candidate experience is often the difference between securing top talent and losing it. Every candidate also goes through our in-depth technical interview, which is rigorous enough to take the place of a first-stage client interview, saving your hiring managers time and ensuring only properly vetted talent reaches your shortlist.

How a search for sustainable Dynamics 365 talent led us to the Philippines — and to a model that empowers Filipino professionals while delivering for global clients.
PHIntegra was founded in 2025 by Freddie Barclay, who combined his background in recruitment with his experience building high-performing teams to create a recruitment consultancy focused on Microsoft Business Applications.
It began with a global banking client searching for ways to expand their Dynamics 365 delivery team. They found that the talent they needed was becoming increasingly difficult to source cost-effectively in Western markets, raising questions about how best to scale sustainably over the long term.
He was asked to explore alternatives — and specifically to evaluate the Dynamics 365 talent landscape in Southeast Asia.
Looking at the key factors that would determine where to build:
It is home to a strong community of Dynamics 365 professionals with deep technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working with international clients. Alongside these strengths, the Philippines also offers a more sustainable cost base, enabling organisations to scale effectively without compromising on quality.
The decision to establish PHIntegra in the Philippines was both strategic and personal. With Filipino heritage, Freddie recognised the opportunity to align a growing pool of Dynamics 365 expertise with the needs of global clients. By engaging directly with professionals in the local market, he built a trusted network grounded in a clear understanding of their capabilities and aspirations.
One of the first challenges we encountered was client hesitation around hiring permanent staff, with a preference for contractors. Yet the Dynamics 365 contract market in the Philippines, while growing, remains far smaller than in other regions. For many professionals, long-term job security and comprehensive benefits such as healthcare remain key priorities, making permanent employment far more attractive.
PHIntegra’s mission is to bring more high-skilled Microsoft technology jobs to the Philippines while helping Filipino professionals access meaningful long-term career opportunities. We are committed to supporting both experienced specialists and the next generation of talent, creating pathways into the Microsoft ecosystem through guidance, exposure and access to both local and global clients. Our goal is to help the Philippines become a recognised hub for Microsoft Business Applications expertise, while delivering real value to the organisations we support.
That insight shaped PHIntegra’s model. The client had initially wanted to hire contractors, but after gathering market intelligence and meeting candidates to understand their preferences, Freddie recommended permanent placements instead: Filipino professionals wanted long-term security and benefits, including access to HMO private healthcare for themselves and their families. That approach remains how we work today: advising on the right hiring model for each client and market, and placing top Microsoft Business Applications professionals where they will stay, grow and deliver.
Today, PHIntegra connects Filipino Microsoft Business Applications professionals with global clients, Microsoft Partners, SMEs and End-Users. Our focus is to help businesses scale sustainably while contributing to the growth of the local technology community and creating long-term opportunities for Filipino talent.
At PHIntegra we are not only bridging the talent gap but also building a sustainable model that empowers Filipino professionals and delivers lasting value for global clients. Central to this mission is our D365 Talent Academy, which helps create new opportunities for the next generation of professionals.

A global leader in IT-BPM with exceptional English proficiency, cultural alignment and decades of experience supporting international clients — the natural hub for digital transformation across Asia.
The Philippines has built a global reputation as a leader in IT-BPM (Information Technology and Business Process Management), anchored by exceptional English proficiency, cultural alignment, and decades of experience supporting international clients.
The industry began in the early 1990s with Accenture’s first outsourcing contract and grew rapidly after the 1995 Special Economic Zone Act, which encouraged foreign investment. This led to the rise of call centres in the late 1990s, which later expanded into knowledge process outsourcing, IT services, and finance and back-office support. By 2010 the Philippines was widely recognised as the BPO capital of the world.
This evolution has been reinforced by world-class infrastructure and the presence of global consulting and technology firms. Companies such as Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY, IBM, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, and PwC have established delivery centres in the country, demonstrating its ability to provide the talent, connectivity, and regulatory stability required for complex multinational projects.
The Philippines offers a growing pool of Microsoft Dynamics 365 professionals. Over the years, consultancies have recruited top graduates and provided structured career pathways, enabling them to progress from support roles into functional and technical consulting and eventually into senior positions such as Technical Architect or Technical Lead. This steady progression is shifting the country’s role from low-level support work to high-value client-facing delivery.
Long-term commitments to the digital economy that include training 100,000 Filipino women and thousands of job seekers in AI, deploying AI literacy tools to 27 million students, and connecting 1 million Filipinos to the internet.
In 2024 the industry generated $38 billion in revenue and employed 1.82 million professionals, both up seven percent year on year.
More than 1,000 IT-BPM firms are registered with PEZA, representing over ₱200 billion in investment and nearly one million direct jobs.
National programs through TESDA and industry bodies focus on enterprise-based education and apprenticeships, strengthening the pipeline for advanced delivery roles.
Competitive utility costs, modern internet infrastructure, and improved ease of doing business make the country increasingly attractive to high-tech investors.
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 aligns the country with international standards that are essential for financial services and enterprise clients.
The Philippines shares UTC+8 with Hong Kong, allowing real-time collaboration across Asia and overlapping hours with Europe.
More than half of retail transactions are now digital, demonstrating a modern financial ecosystem ready for transformation.
For clients, the Philippines is not only cost-effective but also a strategic location for building long-term Microsoft Business Applications delivery capability. With its scale, English-proficient workforce, infrastructure, regulatory maturity, and Microsoft-ready ecosystem, the Philippines is the natural hub for digital transformation across Asia.

A leading European Microsoft Partner wanted to establish a dedicated Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement delivery team in Madrid to support major financial services clients. The goal was to build local functional, technical, presales and architectural capability while creating a repeatable hiring model for future expansion.
Madrid had a strong Microsoft ecosystem, but the pool of experienced D365 CE professionals with enterprise and financial services experience was limited. Key challenges were:
Within two weeks of receiving the brief, the D365 CE market in Madrid and surrounding areas was mapped in detail, reviewing more than 4,000 relevant LinkedIn profiles and contacting over 1,000 potential candidates. Each was assessed for D365 CE experience, enterprise delivery background, communication skills, salary expectations, location and motivation. Following technical and motivational screening, a shortlist of 60 qualified professionals was presented.
The client hired 6 candidates to form the foundation of its first D365 CE delivery team in Madrid:
A close working relationship with the local Microsoft Business Applications Practice Lead, a clear understanding of the Madrid talent market, and consistent candidate engagement from first contact to start date. Several candidates were first approached months before joining, which required careful communication and expectation management throughout.
The project created the foundation for a new D365 CE delivery capability in Madrid and showed how detailed market mapping reduces risk when entering a new geography. It also helped shape the model PHIntegra uses today: combining market intelligence, Microsoft Business Applications expertise and hands-on candidate engagement to build high-performing teams in new markets.
Let’s map your options and design a hiring model built around your strategic goals.

Depth across Finance, Supply Chain Management, implementation, configuration and project delivery.
Real understanding of retail, manufacturing, warehousing, finance operations and end-user environments.
The ability to communicate with stakeholders, understand pain points and translate requirements into workable D365 solutions.
A leading UK Microsoft Partner needed specialist recruitment support to strengthen its Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management capability, particularly within its Retail and Manufacturing practice.
The client wasn’t simply looking for consultants who understood D365 FSCM. They needed people who understood how finance, retail, warehouse and manufacturing environments operate in the real world, who could interpret client problems, challenge assumptions and design practical solutions. The most valuable candidates combined implementation experience with genuine end-user context. One lead technical architect, for example, had previously worked as an IT Manager in retail and manufacturing, and several finance candidates began as ACCA-qualified accountants before moving into D365 Finance.
The search focused on senior FSCM professionals with more than just technical capability, assessing each one across Dynamics 365 expertise, industry relevance and consulting quality. The process was managed closely with the internal Talent Acquisition team through weekly reviews, live pipeline updates and regular communication around urgent roles, candidate feedback and market conditions.
Between February and September 2024, 10 senior D365 professionals were placed. Key placements included:
Additional placements were made across CE and Business Central, showing broad coverage across the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem rather than just FSCM.
Because the hires brought direct industry and end-user experience, they understood the partner’s clients quickly and contributed from the outset, identifying problems faster, asking better questions and translating requirements into practical D365 FSCM solutions. The project reinforced the value of recruiting industry-led professionals who combine system expertise with first-hand understanding of the environments they deliver into.
Tell us what you need. We’ll move quickly to deliver qualified, top-tier Microsoft Business Applications talent.

Key activities in this process have so far included:
This holistic process not only ensures that our clients build high-performing teams but also positions them for sustained success in the Southeast Asian market. Our approach emphasizes precision, adaptability, and a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, enabling our clients to make informed decisions with confidence.
In March 2026, PHIntegra successfully placed two Senior Techno-Functional Consultants with a global systems integrator to support a Global Banking client’s Dynamics 365 CE rollout.
The engagement is currently at proof-of-concept stage. If successful, the next requirement is expected to be a Technical Architect, followed by a further 5 to 10 hires as the programme scales.
This reflects the model PHIntegra was built for: helping global clients and partners access high-quality Microsoft Business Applications talent in the Philippines, starting with targeted senior hires and expanding into longer-term team build-outs.
